Dominic wears many hats—he’s the visionary behind the PLEMO Paradigm, a seasoned K–6 tutor, and a former Singapore-MIT GAMBIT Lab game studio lead. His career spans:
- Curriculum Architect: Designed and piloted adaptive, narrative-driven syllabi for over 200 learners across Singapore and SEA.
- Game Industry Veteran: 10+ years in AAA and indie studios, shipped titles on iOS, Android, PC and console.
- Research & Strategy: Published on adaptive hypermedia systems and hands-on learning environments; holds a Master’s in Learning Sciences.

Jing Ying keeps the engines running smoothly—from coordinating playtests to managing our home-grown pilot classes. Key strengths include:

- Workflow & QA: Established our agile sprint routines, documentation standards and accessibility audits.

Gerald crafts the worlds and characters that make learning feel like play. His blend of narrative design and psychology ensures every quest resonates:

- Ludology & Mechanics: Expert in hybrid systems—real-time action meets turn-based strategy—rooted in Flow Theory and VARK principles.
- Child Psychology: Consulted on SPED-friendly content, embedding emotional-awareness prompts and scaffolds for diverse learners.
